Star Pieces in Gusty Gulch

 Continue along Gusty Gulch until you see these two rocks clustered together (It's one screen left of the entrance to Tubba Blubba's Mansion). Go behind them from the right side, and you'll find a hidden Star Piece.
There is a Star Piece hidden under a panel right after crossing the gate from Boo Mansion.
