You need a copy of a SNES emulator and the Alcahest ROM to play this.   Also, if you want to hack savestates you'll need the program for it.  For all of that go here.  The cartridge is VERY rare, so if you were fortunate enough to get your hands on one, you're one lucky individual.  Your only chance of finding this cartridge would be going to Japan or looking on eBay.  But, be ready to shell out big bucks.
