Boss Strategies
Stage 1
|
Lizard Men
EXP: 2000 a piece
These are the guys who chase you in the opening. Depending on
the difficulty level you picked in the option mode. Just avoid their
swings, and pick them off with spin attacks. You get the gas mask
when you win |
|
Golem
EXP: 5000
This guy's pretty easy. Just use the jump panels to get to the other
ledge and take the aura blade from the chest. Then, just wale on him
while avoiding his shots and punches. |
Stage 2
|
Gordon
EXP: 3000
He jumps around the room with his sword while blue wizards shoot at
you. Use your flame guardian to take them out and charge up your
sword to pound the crap out of him. Repeat the process a few more times,
and you'll win. |
|
Disembodied Armor
EXP: 2400 a piece
These creepy fellas will circle around you and close in. If you move
away, they'll chase after you. Go outside their circle, and just as
they come at you, charge up your sword, and let them have it! Do
this a few more times and they will fall one by one. |
|
Dark Dragon
EXP: 5000
This guy can only be hurt by your hundred swords attack and the Flame
Guardian. Avoid his fireballs, swoop attacks and energy shots and
wale on him. Do it a few more times, and he's toast. |
Stage 3
|
Gabalis
EXP: 5000
Just run out of his way when he tries to jump on you, and block his
shockwaves with your shield. Hit him with your magic spin when he's
on the ground. Piece of cake. |
|
Gaza (left) & Sara (right)
EXP: 5000
They come down from the roof in the form of a tornado and a flame, and
will occasionally shoot at you. They will then fly back up to the
roof and will be vulnerable. When they jump down, pick one and beat
the crap out of it while avoiding their shots. You only have to beat
one of them. |
|
Sara
EXP -1st form: 5000
2nd form: 8000
First you'll fight her as a human, which is fairly easy. Then,
Babylom will turn her into a winged flaming beast. Avoid her raining flame
attack and her swoop. Have Silius use his special attack, and use
your hundred sword attack. |
Stage 4
|
Silius
EXP: 5000
Just avoid his mace and attack. As to why you have to fight him, I
think Babylom gets ahold of him. |
|
Karushe
EXP: 7500
Judging from the attire, I think he's some kind of general. OK, this
guy gets a tad annoying. He teleports around tne room and shoots
fireballs. He also has a nasty dash attack. He also throws his
swords like a pair of boomerangs. Get behind him and hit him with
your hundred sword attack when he throws his swords |
|
Emperor
EXP- Body: 10000
Heads: 2000 a piece
Four skull heads encircle him as he floats about the room. When he
stops, the heads will move away and shoot lasers at you. Take out
the heads, then go for him |
Stage 5
|
Metal Crawler
EXP -Body: 10000
Arms: 2000 a piece
He walks from side to side shooting his arms out at you, and launching
flying robots at you. Use Magna's special move to take out the
robots, and use the storm guardian to attack the arms. Use your jump
attack to focus on the body. |
|
Babylom (first form)
EXP: 10000
He will teleport around the room and fire energy shots. Avoid those,
and hit him with your jump attack. Time your jumps so that you hit
him while he is visible. |
|
Babylom (Second form)
EXP: 30000
That's a face not even a mother could love! About half way iinto the
fight, he will turn into the grotesque floating head you see next to this
text. Simply avoid the gas clouds he shoots out, and use your jump
attack. Also, your storm guardian is worth its weight in gold here. |
Stage 6
|
Nevis
EXP: 15000
Piece of cake. Just avoid her fireballs and use your dash attack and Earth
Guardian. |
|
Gordon (First form)
EXP: 10000
Time to take revenge on the man who killed Magna. He just bounces
around occasionally trying to slash at you. Just keep using your
dash attack on him. |
|
Gordon (Second form)
EXP: 15000
Just about as grotesque looking as Babylom. Just stay on the
platform he's on and keep using dash attack, just like his previous form. |
Stage 7
Here, you just fight some of the previously defeated bosses.
Just use the same strategies as above.
|
Mirror
EXP: 30000
Can you say "annoying"? This thing is constantly moving
about the room. Timing is crucial here. |
Stage 8
Same situation as above. You must fight another round of
bosses and then...
|
Alcahest (First form)
EXP: 40000
OK, here we go... the final boss. Just use your jump attack when he
opens up. The only thing to watch out for is his Chaos of Death
attack. You'll have a few seconds to use your Earth Guardian's
barrier after he starts talking. The barrier is a life saver...
literally. That attack can take off around half of your life. Fort-
unately, he doesn't use it much. |
|
Alcahest (Final form)
EXP: 40000, but why would you need it?
This is it... the final showdown. This battle isn't all too difficult, nor
is it that easy. She will float around the room. and disappear.
After that, either she'll reappear and shoot electricity, or meteors will
fall. Just run around the room to avoid the meteors. Use your
jump attack, because guardians don't really have much effect here. If you
are patient enough to slowly drain her energy down to nothing, ultimate
victory will be yours! |
