Talk to this man in Monsen and an Earthquake will
start. Here you will learn that Gryz is scared of
Earthquakes. Rika teases him for a bit, and then
Demi says that the Plate System might be the cause
of this. The Plate System is just a bit north of here. |
Right here is the Plate System. The monsters here
are Androids again, only much stronger. One the
2nd floor, there is a Ceramic Armor, and Titanium
Gear for Demi. |
|
|
When you reach the 3rd floor, take this elevator
and follow the hallway to get Demi's most powerful
skill, the Phonomezer. Go back and take the other
elevator. Follow that, grab the Laser Axe and take
the last elevator to the control room. |
In this room there is a Stun Shot for Demi. Go to
the control panel and Demi will shut down the Plate
System. Gryz cheers for joy at the fact that there will
not be anymore earthquakes. Get out of here and
head east in the Land Rover past some more
quicksand. |
|
|
Go south from the quicksand to Termi. Make sure
that Chaz, Rika, and Gryz get a Psychic Mail, and
Rika a Psychic Crown. Rest up and head south. Also
note that you have to go back to Monsen if you
want Dimate or any other item. |
This is the Ladea Tower. Inside, there is only
1 stair on the first level. Take it. There should then
be a split off. Left stairs go to treasure, and right
stairs lead to Rune. |
|
|
Meet Rune here. He seems to already know about
Alys. He mentions that the Psycho Wand is at the
top floor of the Ladea Tower. The Psycho Wand
is the only weapon that can break Zio's Magic
Barrier. Rune joins up again. Continue along going
up the stairs, and up another stairway. You should
now be on the 5th floor. |
On the 5th floor is the Frade Mantle (those who have
played Phantasy Star I know about this item). Give
it to Rune. To the left stairs leads to some more
treasure. Go down from the Frade Mantle to the
floor with the Psycho Wand. Make sure before
going any further that Chaz knows GiThu. It will
help alot in the upcoming fight. |
|
|
Here is the Psycho Wand. Rune will break the
barrier around it, and just then, one of Zio's
underlings comes to take it away. You are forced
to fight it. |
Gy-Laguiah is pretty tough. If Gryz knows War
Cry by now, use it in round one. Gy-Laguiah's
physical attacks can put a hurting on you. Here is
how I killed him: Gryz - War Cry/Attack, Chaz -
Crosscut/GiThu, Rika - Deban/Saner/Double
Slash, Demi - Barrier/Phanomezer/Attack, Rune -
GiWat. Have Gryz use a Dimate when needed and
Rika use GiRes when needed. Gy-Laguiah dies
quickly, so keep up the attacks on him. |
|
|
Grab the Psycho Wand now. Rika and Rune will
start to become worried a bit. Rune says that they
have to return to Krup right away. |
They return to Krup. Hahn says that Alys' condition
has taken a turn for the worse. Rune cannot heal
her wounds either. Alys' last request to Rune is that
he help Chaz. Alys takes one look at Chaz, tells him
something, and then as she dies, her last words are
'Ch...az...Thank...you...' She then dies. They hold
a funeral for her. Rune tries to explain things to Chaz,
while Rika is there to cheer him up. After that, Hahn
returns to Piata, and you can now go to Nurvus. |
|
|
Go to Zio's Fort and to the Invisible Barrier. Rune
will destroy the Invisible Barrier, while Demi explains
the situation. You can now enter Nervus. |
