Ms. Mowz

Ms. Mowz is a world-renowned badge thief, as well as a world-renowned flirt. She always does her thieving in disguise, but her secret identity is the proprieter of the Lovely Howz of Badges (as if the tail wasn't a dead giveaway...). Ms. Mowz will only join Mario if he completes her Trouble and finds the badge she asks for. By pressing Y, Ms. Mowz will sniff around and tell Mario if there is anything to be found on that screen. She will always face toward the item she's sniffing out. She gets more excited the closer she gets to the item.

Ms. Mowz' Moves:

Initial Moves:
Love Slap 0 FP Ms. Mowz walks up to an enemy and slaps it. Execute a Timed Hit by repeatedly pressing left and right on the control stick to fill the gauge. The closer the gauge is to being filled, the more powerful the attack will be. Execute a Stylish Move by pressing A any time as Ms. Mowz is walking back from slapping the enemy.
Kiss Thief 2 FP Ms. Mowz approaches the enemy and steals the item or badge they're carrying (if they have one... if not she'll steal a coin). An item can't be stolen if Mario's inventory is full. Execute a Timed Hit by pressing A when the cursor passes the line on the gauge. If a Timed Hit isn't successfully performed, you won't be able to steal the item. Execute a Stylish Move by pressing A as Ms. Mowz is approaching the enemy, when she's halfway to it.
Super Rank Moves:
Tease 3 FP Ms. Mowz and a few doppelgangers jump around the enemies, which makes them dizzy. Execute a Timed Hit by holding A to fill up the gauge, but if it fills up, it will start to empty, so try to keep it as full as possible without filling it all the way. The closer it is to being full, the more effective the attack will be. Execute a Stylish Move by pressing A as Ms. Mowz is jumping back onto the ground after the attack. You want to press it just a moment before she hits the ground.
Ultra Rank Moves:
Smooch 10 FP Ms. Mowz puckers up and kisses Mario, which restores some of his HP. Execute a Timed Hit by pressing A and B alternately to fill up the gauge. Depending on how full the gauge gets, Ms. Mowz will restore anywhere from 1-10 HP. Execute a Stylish Move by pressing A after Ms. Mowz kisses Mario, just as the big heart is appearing.

25 HP Love Slap: 1-2 HP (Depending on how close you get to a Timed Hit)
Kiss Thief: N/A
Tease: N/A
Smooch: N/A

Ms. Mowz' Advantages
Love Slap pierces defense, so high-defense enemies don't pose a problem at all.
Ms. Mowz can steal any badge or item enemies are carrying with Kiss Thief.
Tease can be useful for dizzying all enemies without having to use an item.
Ms. Mowz is able to heal 10 HP for Mario at any point without using an item if she uses Smooch.
Ms. Mowz is almost vital if you want to collect all the hidden items in the game.
Ms. Mowz' Disadvantages
Love Slap has the lowest attack power of any partner's attack, so she is not effective against low-defense enemies.
Ms. Mowz is tied for the lowest HP of any partner.
Love Slap and Kiss Thief can only target the first enemy on the ground.
Smooch, while useful in a pinch, is not very FP-efficient.
