Unfortunately, all of the hats in the game have the same attack power, but they do all have different properties...
They can only be bought from Dowson at a store.

Basic hat. Acts like a boomerang. - Initially equipped
Star Hat
All abilities of Spinning Hat + leaves a trail of stars which damage enemies 200 G Batville, Kalala Desert
Feather Hat
All abilities of Star Hat + zigzags to give it a wider range. 400 G Batville, Kalala Desert, Vampire City
Lightning Hat
All abilities of Feather Hat + homes in on an enemy for a couple of seconds for extra damage. 800 G Vampire City
