Bio:

To put it short: Seifer is a failure. A wimp. A looooser. He failed the SeeD- exam several times, and he could be a really cool enemy, but he's just too damn weak throughout the game. He's Squall's rival and leaves the garden after the Seed- exam to join Edea, the witch, to become her sorceress knight and help her with her evil plans (as if she would need it). However, he can't even do THAT right, so he always has his sidekicks Fu-Jin and Rai-Jin with him. Well, at least NOW he's got the attention he always wanted...

Battle Skills:

There's not much to say about that, because Seifer's not in your party for very long. You only have him during the SeeD- exam, so don't waste too much time on levelling him up. You'll lose him afterwards anyway for the rest of the game. For the time you have him, make use of his physical attacks. They're about as strong as Squall's.
