Rinoa Heartilly

Rinoa Heartilly
  • Age: 17
  • Birthday: March 3
  • Height: 5'3"
  • Limit Break: Combine/ Vari (Angel Wing)
  • Weapon: Pinwheel ---> Valkyrie ---> Rising Sun ---> Cardinal ---> Shooting Star

Bio:

Rinoa Heartilly is the leader of the Forest Owls, a resistance faction in Timber. She's quite ambitioned, good- hearted, a little naive and very stubborn which is (probably) why the Forest Owls call her princess. She cares a lot about others, especially about Squall because he's always alone and anti- social and the likes. In short, she's a goodie-goodie and I can't stand her.^^

Battle Skills:

Well, at least Rinoa is of use in battle. She's not outstanding, but a good fighter. I mostly use her to cast GFs or draw spells. Being one of three people with a long- range weapon, her attacks are useful against monsters who like to counterattack with magic when being attacked physically. Her boomerang isn't the strongest, but does a good job. More important is her limit break though: Angelo's best move (in my opinion), "Invincible Moon", grants invincibility for the party for several rounds. Kicks ass, doesn't it? Angelo's other attacks can do a lot of damage, but normally don't. Teach him "Wishing Star" to damage all enemies, eventually "Angelo Recover" to recover HP of a party member (it just gets annoying if you did it intentionally to use limit breaks and he recovers you), "Angelo Reverse" to bring back a dead party member and of course, "Invincible Moon". The rest is a little useless.

To learn new moves, buy Pet Pal magazines and read them, then select the move you want Angelo to learn in Rinoa's status menu and walk around until the bar is full.
