Inner Heart, Dark Heart

This is the last stage. Are you ready for the fight of your lives, players?
You'll have to fight Nagpa, along with his cohorts. A manticore and a black dragon. If you have a Mage with you like I do, you're in luck, since Nagpa himself has a very small HP bar compared to most bosses you've met.
Blasting Conjure Elemental or Cloudkill works, since they hit all creatures on the screen, although neither spell will knock the dragon out for long. If you need a small pick-me-up, there's a potion and a ring of lightning bolt on the left chest and a Super Heal on the right one.
If you're forced to melee, try concentrating on Nagpa only. The little sod likes to teleport around and lightning bolt you, so you actually have to leave the bigger nasties alone. If you have a teammate able to knock every monster down, more power to you.
Once Nagpa is down, you have no chance to rest. Synn is here. And she is rather pissed off at you.
A Red Dragon. Oh boy. Hopefully, you have a Dragon Slayer on your main melee person, a morning star on your cleric and preferably a staff of wizardry on your mage, cause it's clobbering time! Synn attacks most often by dropping rocks on you or shooting fireballs from her claws. The lower left or right corner usually keeps you relatively safe.
If Synn bites a player, you can either try wiggling your controls or (more preferable in party play) hit the sod in the face. This particular example used Magic Missiles. Magic Missiles can actually be a savior in this battle, especially if your mage has earrings and a staff that increases spell power.
If Synn disappears for more than a few seconds and you hear a deep breath being taken, run at the direction it's coming from, as you'll get toasted like these guys did.
Head behind this pillar if her mug shows up suddenly in the background. That'll save you another credit.
Endure. Throw everything you have at her, but remember that most spells require aiming at her face, so keep your mage just on the right spot and you might score a perfect shot with a Meteor Storm.
For if you witness this scene, you have finally come to an end of a hard battle. Yes. Synn is beatable. And you've just beaten this game! Congratulations! Now try it with another character, another route choice, or just plain beating it with a single credit!
