Washu

Brief BioIn Tenchi Muyou!, Washu is a scientist that Tenchi and his friends find in Kagato's lair. She randomly moves in with Tenchi and causes countless problems, trying to make Tenchi her guinea pig. In Tenchi Universe, Washu was discovered by Earth's inhabitants to be an evil force when she landed there 25,000 years ago. These people sealed her deep within a cave which coincidentally is near Tenchi's house. She eventually is released and lives with Tenchi and his family.

Where to find Washu:
When you go into Mizuki's spaceship, go to the Container area. Washu will be inside and she will join you. Otherwise, she will join automatically after going to the Control Room in Mizuki's spaceship.

Analysis:
* = Washu can teleport so she does not have to walk around objects like almost everyone else. Washu's got the ability to restore HP, do lethal damage, and increase other characters' Strength all in one person! Her stats are average and she's got great range and a good combination of techniques. She has an excellent restoration technique for weakened characters and an excellent final technique to damage every enemy in a certain range. Her most important technique, since her healing abilities are out-performed by Sasami, would be her Cheer technique which raises one person's attack power.
