She automatically joins you after Kusumi beats her up.
Analysis:
She has a high HP rating, excellent Defense, and average Strength....
at Level 8. Mizuki starts in your party at Level 1 which means she is
weak and she can only do one attack. If you have the patience and enough
stratagetic knowledge to increase her abilities and for her to receive
all of her techniques, she is an excellent character to have.
