When you visit Treno, if you speak to Queen Stella, you will find that she is interested in collecting stellazzio. (This isn't too surprising, as they appear to have been named after her.) These coins, which are key items, are scattered far and wide, and are usually very difficult to locate. The queen will give you a reward for each stellazzio you bring her, and the rewards grow substantially better as the number of coins you have given her increases. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| After you have delivered the twelfth one, which occurs very late in the game, she will reveal that there is a special thirteenth coin. She will then return the twelve you have given her, so that you may use the clues on the backs of them to find the thirteenth. |  |

Upon your return with the last coin, she will take it, as well as the twelve she let you borrow. In return for your completing this quest, she will give you a very rare and special item, which can be of use to you in the game's final area. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
