To join: Find the Life Sparkle in Home Hydra Swamp, then bring it to the balcony in Another Viper Manor and use it on the flower.
L. 3 Technique (All enemies): "PopPopPop". NeoFio throws seeds at the enemy.
L. 5 Technique (One enemy): "SlurpSlurp". NeoFio drains HP from one enemy.
L. 7 Technique (found - One enemy): "BamBamBam". NeoFio takes an enemy in her tentacles and smashes them down on the ground repeatedly.
To find "BamBamBam": Take NeoFio to Sky Dragon Island (Home) and talk to the land octopus. Now leave the screen, talk to the land octopus again, and choose to help the butterfly.

Combos:
TossedSalad: Uses BamBamBam (L.7). With Turnip (L.7). Turnip becomes a huge turnip head, which NeoFio then slams down onto one enemy.

A cute little flower lifeform who thinks Serge is its daddy.
