South of North Palace. |
After obtaining the candle, head south of the North Palace until you reach a cave. Fight your way to the magic potion. |

Near the graveyard at Death Mountain. |
After obtaining the hammer, smash the boulder that is next to where you exit and walk into the rubble. You will fall down into a cave where the magic potion lay hidden. |

West of Maze Island Palace. |
If you keep traveling west when going through the maze to the fifth palace, you should run into a hidden spot with the magic potion (see map for the exact spot). |
|
New Kasuto. |
If you have the other three potions when visiting New Kasuto, you will be allowed into the old woman's house, where the last magic potion awaits. |
