Attack: Rebirth Flame

Location

Phoenix is another GF which appears after you used an item. In order to make Phoenix appear, you have to use a Phoenix Pinion in battle. Phoenix will revive fallen party members and unleash a fire attack on the enemy. After you used the item, he may appear randomly to revive a fallen member of the party. You can gain a Phoenix Pinion by helping the Shumi tribe in a small sidequests. How to do so is explained in the sidequests section.
