Special Items tend to be very important and are required to progress through the game.

BossMrk Received after a certain lengthy sidequest. Check the secrets section for details. Allows you to smite any NPC, party member, or even yourself!
Disguis Given to you in cave outside of Essencia. Use it to sneak into Essencia.
Explos. Returned by pigeon after attaching the Oil. Needed to blast a hole in the wall and connect Messalia and Cassalia.

Letter After receiving a letter from Orlof and Rolan in Messalia, go to Pigeon Carrier service. Attach to a pigeon to communicate with Orlof and Rolan.

Pass Found on ground in Milton near Enix Nights Club. Allows you into Enix Nights and gives you a 25% discount at inns (52% discount in Lambruvir Tower).
