| Now you have to jump into this scary moving field. Try to avoid the switch if at all possible. It'll make it so you can't go back to where you were. |  |

Go down and to the left to find this switch. Hit it to turn off the fire. |

| As fun as the training grounds were, it's time to get the Gold Medal and move on... |  |

You'll never have to come back here again...you can leave and never turn back...or you can turn back for all I care. However, I'd leave if I were you. |
| Now that you have all three medals, present yourself to the king, who will present you with the Holy Sword, which is twice as powerful as your last sword! |  |

While we're here, we might as well get an Apple of Life. Go up the stairs, hit the switch, and make your way to this rug. If you'll have Flash equipped you'll get a "heart-wrenching" message. |
| Now go up to this pool and you'll find an Apple of Life. |  |

Equip Mac, go to this house, talk to the person there, talk to your mom, then talk to this person again. Wong the Raccoon, who can set up a distraction for the enemy, will join you. |
| Now go back to the plaza and talk to Pico. He'll inform you that he hid his apple, yet he doesn't seem to know where it is (not unlike a squirrel and its nuts...acorns that is...). This is, in fact, not just any apple, it's an Apple of Life, so it would be worth your trouble to find it. |  |

In the southeastern corner of the plaza, you'll see a bunch of pegs surrounded by rocks. Smash a rock with your sword, and jump into the group of pegs. There is, in fact, one peg around the edge that can be jumped over, as pictured. See where I'm going with this? |
| When you're on the other side of the fence, walk to the left, and you'll find an apple hidden behind the tree. Congratulations, you have stolen Pico's apple without permission, you thief. |  |
