Manga Information:
  He was Genma's training partner when they were young. They are great friends and both decided that Akane would be the Ranma's fiancée. He loves shogi, and he is always playing it with Genma. His wife died long ago and he keeps a great respect of her memory, with which he had 3 daughters: Kasumi, Nabiki and Akane.
  He fears his teacher Happousai, so he lets him do what he wants.
