Manga Information:
  He comes from the same village as Shampoo. Mousse sees Ranma as the thief of his beloved Shampoo, so he always tries to defeat him. He also went to Jusenkyo, with the same luck as the other people... so when he gets wet he transforms into a duck.
  Mousse also works in the Neko Hanten Ramen.

Game Information:
  You'll discover later in the game that Mousse is a member of the Akanekodan, and after you beat him twice he'll join the party.

Game Analysis:
  Mousse is better than you would think. He is similar to Shampoo, with better stats and Specials, but he is a little slower. His stat Specials affect all enemies and allies, so they are very useful. In his Cursed Form, he is much the same character, there is only one Special that he can't use.
