Midero Palace

With Life at Level 5, and Magic and Attack at level 4, enter Midero Palace to the west side of the road going to Rauru (through the swamp, which slows down your movement speed. Be prepared for a few enemy encounters). If you need magic, stab the statue up front and you will get a red jar.
Take the elevator down two levels. Take a left and grab the key at the end. Go back to the elevator and down again. Go right and grab the key. On the elevator, head back up to the top floor.
Head left from the elevator. Unlock the door and keep going. Grab the key over the lava pit. Continue and take the elevator down.
Take the first left. Watch out for falling blocks. Just go left and ignore the P-bag for now. Continue and kill the Red Ironknuckle. Unlock the door and grab the Glove. With this, you can now break blocks by stabbing them. Go right and grab the P-bag on your way.
Go down the elevator and head right. Keep going past the elevator going down. At the end will be a key. Grab it and return to the elevator and go down it. Continue right (grabbing the P-bag in the 2nd area).
When you reach the boss room, cast Shield and meet Helmethead. This battle is easy, but even easier if you cast Jump. Attack the head twice and both helmets will pop off and flie around. With a power of 4, it will take 8 hits to kill it. Grab the key and put the crystal in the statue.
Head back to Ruto and talk to the man named Error in the small house near in the second screen. He will tell Link that a tunnel lies south of the King's Tomb near Mido. This is where to go for the next palace. Make sure that you have learned the Fairy spell (Water of Life for the sick girl in Mido).
