Island Palace

This is where the King's Tomb is. Go directly south of the tomb and you will reach a tunnel. Cast Fairy to reach the top of the ledge. Keep going right and you will soon reach the Island Palace.
If you stab the statue, you will either get magic or awaken a Red Ironknuckle. Go down the elevator and go right. When you come to the second area with block floors, there is a key and a P-bag that can be accessed by a downward thrust.
Keep going right and you will hit this area. It is tough to jump across to the other side without Jump, but it can be done. Kill the Red Stalfos Knight below and get a good run. Jump on the first step and jump again and you should be up there. Go on and grab the key outside.
Go back and down the elevator. Go right. Unlock the door and keep going. Grab the key in the lava pit room and continue. Kill the Red and Blue Ironknuckles (The blue one shoots swords). Unlock the door and grab the Raft.
Head back past the elevator. Kill the Red Ironknuckle and unlock the door. Go left some more. This part is tricky, as you have to avoid those stupid Wolf Heads. Break the block at the left side to get the key then return and take the elevator going down.
Go right until you reach the boss room. Cast Shield and prepare yourself for the Ironknuckle. When it is on the horse, it will charge you. Jump above it then use the Downward Thrust. Repeat until the horse is gone, the the Ironknuckle itself will attack and shoot swords. Jump and stab its head a few times to kill it. Grab the key and put the crystal in the statue.
Exit the palace and head back to Mido. With your Life at 7, Magic 6, and Attack 5, head to the platform east of Mido and use the Raft (it will happen automatically) to go over to East Hyrule.
