When you meet the members of the Potato Unit who have been pinned down here, they'll give you items for your help. The place isn't very large, and there's only four of them in there. About halfway through, Gene learns a new Super, Magnum.
Once you've received the PotatoDisk from Virgil, the shops in Potatia Town will reopen, and you'll be able to fast-travel there using the HydroWing. Their equipment is the best you can buy, so take your time getting everybody kitted out. Also, the RKO guide recommends that everybody should be using Rank 5 weapons by now, so get ready for some long craft chains.
