Ruling Game Strategy

The Ruling Game is quite simple once you understand the basic concepts to it.  First of all, spend all money raising your Assets.  The higher the assets, the more you'll be able to gather through tax money.  Never tax the people once they've reached the Anguished status, or it'll take forever for them to recover.  Try only to tax the people when they're at Average.  Once you've raised Assets to Perfect, you can begin working on Prestige.  Try to win all the War Battles before you work on Prestige though, since they'll raise it a good deal.  Prestige isn't too important, and, if you've won all the War Battles, you should be able to get it to Perfect easily.  Last comes the People.  To reach the max on this, you'll first need to horde lots of cash so you can raise it.  If you don't believe you can raise it to the max, then don't put any in yet- taxing will take out all the work you put in, and you'll end up losing more money than you would gain.  Once you max off the People, you've finished the Ruling Game!  Just make sure not to tax them again...
