Make sure Fron and Tia are separated for this one. Move Tia backwards to keep her out of the way for now. Here's how to play this battle the easy way: when the slime moves close to Fron, use Fron to hit him, then move Fron out of the way. If the slime follows Fron, repeat. If the slime moves away from Fron, switch to Tia, move her into a good shooting position, and pepper the puddle of goo with arrows. Keep following it and shooting it with Tia until it either moves back into Fron's range or it becomes convenient to move Fron in to attack. Your enemy has 150 HP, and can wipe out either character in only a couple of hits, but it is slow and easy to avoid.
