Kill Officer Vorten:

· This quest is a little tricky to obtain, that's why so many people miss it, I think. Anyway, start by getting Marissa to turn your pet lim-lim into stone (Clerk's Ward Brothel), then, take the pet and sell it to Glitspur for an Anarchist password. Go to the back of the Lower Ward Warehouse and tell the password to Leena, she won't be convinced and demands that you prove your loyalty by killing Vorten. Oh yea, if you tell Conall the password before telling it to Leena, she will not give you this quest.

· Go up to Vorten and kill him, simple as that. He's near the Lower Ward's west entrance in case you didn't know.

· 8000 exp and Leena will now answer your questions.
