The Mark of a Hero

	Watch the opening scene and you will see Link get swept away to a distant land away from Hyrule. A girl named Din will find Link and take care of him. When you have control, go right and talk to Din (on the stump). Talk to everybody including Impa. Talk to Din again and you will dance with her.
After the dance, Din will notice the Triforce symbol on Link's hand. Just then, a dark cloud covers the land, followed by thunder and a tornado. A voice booms and tells that he is Onox, the General of Darkness. The tornado sweeps everyone away and takes Din away.
	At the tower of darkness, Onox reveals his plans for Din and Holodrum. He seals Din in a crystal and sinks the Temple of Seasons, casting the Seasons of Holodrum into chaos.
When the game goes back to you, Impa will tell you the truth about herself and Din. Din is the Oracle of Seasons and she is the caretaker of Princess Zelda. Zelda told Impa to take Din to Hyrule before it was too late, but alas it was. Impa was wounded and goes near a tree to rest. She says to go see the Maku Tree in Horon, which is just south of there.
	There is a bit to do here. But not without a weapon at least. Go to the fountain in the middle of town and talk to the artist. He will tell you of the Hero's Cave to the west. There is also Vasu the Jeweler here. Talk to him to get a L-1 Ring Box and a useless Friendship Ring (Rings come in handy in this game).
When you are ready, head out the northwest exit to the coast. Head down to the beach and enter the cave inside. This cave is not too difficult. Head right to the next room. Push the block and go up. Move the block out of the way and weave around to 2 more blocks. Move the left one down and the right one to the right. Follow to the next room.
	Press the button for a Small Key. Return and weave around again. Push the block again to open the doors then go down and right. Push the button to open the door and go up to recieve the Wooden Sword. Now you finally have a means of attack.
You will find yourself outside the cave. Chop down the bush on the ledge of the cave and jump down into the pit. Grab the 30 rupees there. Jump down and push the block and go down. Push the upper left block to reveal stairs to a Gasha Seed. Exit the cave.
	Head back to Horon Town. Plant the Gasha Seed by the Mayor's House. Buy a Wooden Shield at the Shop, and go down from there. Enter the house and offer to name the child (I name it Eric). After that, go to the Maku Tree to the east. With the Wooden Sword, slash the gates and go see the Maku Tree.
Slash the bubble of the Maku Tree to awaken it. It realizes that Din was captured and that the Temple of Seasons is missing. He then asks Link to save Din by collecting the 8 essences of Holodrum. He then drops the key to Gnarled Root, which is just north of Horon.
